Head Chef Juan Costa has designed a menu that is flexible and accommodating, with plenty of options for the vegetarian, vegan, gluten or dairy free. Share a bite with a mate from our snack selection, or tell them it's hands off and dig into a variety of full sized meals including the mighty pizzas, bigger and better than ever. San Marzano tomatoes and Vanella buffalo mozzarella team up on a light Italian classic. Mushrooms, garlic, and spinach make for a delicious vegan alternative. And of course a gluten-free base is available.
